Co-founder, DecidUp
Albin Poignot is a 2x entrepreneur and the co-founder of DecidUp, built around a simple observation: roughly half of B2B pipeline doesn't lose to a competitor — it dies in no-decision.
Prior to DecidUp, Albin co-founded Linky Product, where he and Valentine supported over 120+ B2B innovations to successfully launch and scale on the market.
Before that, Albin spent years in product management and engineering roles across B2B and C2C tech companies, including product leadership at Koolicar, Lightspeed, and Ubisoft, working cross-functionally between distributed engineering and marketing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market execution. He holds an engineering degree in computer science and is also at the Board of Directors at Desjardins' technology branch.
Albin writes about value selling, sales enablement, and why qualified deals stall — drawing on firsthand experience of the gap between a great product and a closed deal.
Core Belief
"The dominant cause of stalling deals isn't the competition. It's buyer indecision and the cost of status quo. When we align stakeholders around a clear business case, we solve the anxiety of buying."
