Prior to DecidUp, Valentine co-founded Linky Product, where she and Albin supported over 120+ B2B innovations to successfully launch and scale on the market.
Before that, Valentine worked as a product leader across large international companies including Capgemini, Orange, BDC, and Ubisoft, building a strong foundation in UX design and human-centered product strategy. Her focus has consistently been on designing smooth, human-first experiences that serve both users and the business — a lens she now brings to how sales teams build and present business cases. She trained in cognitive ergonomics and cognitive psychology.
